Beach time

Pantai Puteri or Princess Beach lies just 100 metres from The Village House and depicts our serenely beautiful natural coastline perfectly. At low tide, the sea is miles away from the seawall and sand critters come out to play. Shore birds, tiny crabs scour the
vast expanse of the golden sands for their next meal and fishes frolic in the tidal pools surrounding huge rocks, a true Nat Geo experience.

As quickly as the tide ebbs, a few hours later a rapid gush of water marks the tide change and water quickly fills the area and the beach is squeezed back into a narrow strip. During king tides and monsoon season, the beach almost completely disappears.
